Carlos Alcaraz vs Matteo Berrettini

The 2 played 1 time, and it was a 3 set match, won by the young Alcaraz. This match was played indoors at the end of year tournament ATP Vienna. Carlos lost the first set 6-1 before winning 7-6/7-6 to win 2-1. Carlos also won a total of 75% of his service points in this match, Vegas has a repeat of that built into this -175 and I don’t see it. +145 isn’t a bad price on the number 7 in the world. Playing a total of 33 games in a 3 set match the over/under sits right now at 40.5 for tonight's best out of 5 match. The over 40.5 at +100 is the play for me.

Over 40.5 +100 BetMGM/Berrettini +145.

Another Matchup I got my eye on is the clash between Reily Opelka and Denis Shapovalov, the two are currently 1-0 h2h with that win belonging to Denis Shapovalov. Reily Opelka hasn’t dropped a set yet during the AO and Shapovalov has played 2 tough matches to this point, a 4 set winner vs Djere where he won 2 tiebreakers and 82% on his first serve, and then a 5 set match that lasted over 4 hours over Kwon, where he again won 81% on his first serve. I recommend playing Opelka here for multiple reasons. Denis Shapovalov can be a head case if he starts losing, how is he going to handle Opelka who has fired 41 aces to this point in the tournament. Opelka is climbing the rankings and becoming more consistent. I'm taking the American, Reily Opelka, at -105 tonight.

A Matchup I'm excited for tomorrow in Australia.

Iga Swiatek vs Daria Kasatkina I favor the underdog in this matchup, and I think she's actually at value here winning the only matchup between the two, and playing some tremendous tennis so far in 2022. Kasatkina has two finals losses on her resume already in 2022 so you know the game is there to advance, at +210 this is a play I have to recommend because DK hasn’t dropped a set yet, and she has beaten the likes of Kenin, Mertens, Muguruza, all in straight sets in 2022. I feel she is the better hard court player at this point in time. Kasatkina +210 at BetMGM.
